Good, professional service at the dealership. After that, everything went wrong. I bought the car freshly painted and had it delivered home. The car was brought in by truck. Another car had been loaded on top of the car, from which some corrosive chemical had spilled onto my car. I picked up the car late at night, and of course I couldn't see any damage to the paintwork because of the dirt and grime. I thought the car was just dirty and scuffed. The next day I contacted the dealership when I saw the car in daylight. I sent them photos. They refused to compensate for anything, citing that I had picked up the car and that the car had left them in perfect condition. And that was the case, otherwise I wouldn't have bought it.
They ordered me to buy some specific detergents to clean it. I did so, but of course I didn't leave. We agreed with them that I would ask the paint shop for an estimate of the damage. They inspected the car and found paint damage. After this, Ferati hired their own inspector to come and look, and he found the same thing. Paint damage.
After all this, they refused to compensate and claim that I received the car and imaginary claim that I washed the car incorrectly. Even though I have sent pictures of the car immediately after delivery, before and after washing, and two professionals have inspected it.
So if you buy a car, be prepared for the fact that their responsibility ends when you pay the purchase price.

Sold manual V10 R8 recently. Totally hassle free and they helped with every step in the way. Cleaned the car, made nice pictures, added the ad to multiple sites and handled all the paperwork. Totally recommend.

I purchased a 2015 AMG GT from FERATI in December. The car is great and was delivered exactly as promised and described. I worked with Kert from FERATI on gathering all the necessary information about the car, and he provided everything I asked for while allowing any and all inspections to take place. FERATI facilitated all inspections, detailing, and transportation to my country at a fair price. I have nothing but a positive experience.

Professional, knowledgeable and fast service. About a few weeks after the purchase, I found a small problem with the equipment of the vehicle, which they probably did not know about at the time of sale. Nevertheless, I informed them of the mistake and it was compensated without any argument. I would definitely recommend Ferati.

FERATI did a splendid job in regards to their service to the purchase of my vehicle. They managed everything very professionally and fast, found answers to all of my questions.
