We are looking for a creative and organised MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER!

MAIN TASKS:
▪ Preparation and management of the marketing budget
▪ Planning and implementation of digital marketing campaigns, including setting up social media campaigns via Meta Business Manager and Meta Ads Manager and using the Google Ads platform
▪Planning of new marketing channels and implementation of campaigns
▪Analysis of marketing channels in Google Analytics and preparation of an action plan based on the results
▪Management and continuous development of the company website
▪Creation of advertising materials, including writing promotional texts, creating visuals in Canvas, designing presentations and information materials
▪Coordination of content creation and continuous development of social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn)
▪Brand building and customer acquisition
▪Development of the company's showroom and customer journey, promotion of the brand image both internally and externally
▪Preparation for the handover of sold vehicles
▪Employer brand development, introducing the company's values and culture to prospective employees/clients
▪Organising customer and employee events (seminars, conferences)
▪Preparing and presenting regular marketing reviews to the marketing manager to ensure consistent monitoring of strategy and results.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES:
▪You are proficient in Meta Business Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Canva
▪You can see the big picture as well as pay attention to detail
▪You have a good brand awareness and design sense
▪You enjoy communication and organization, you are creative and proactive
▪You are articulate and have excellent command of Estonian and English
▪German language skills are an advantage
